CONSIGNMENT POLICY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Consignor receives 40% of sale. Mama Bear's Consignment Boutique, LLC. receives 60% of sale.
2. Mama Bear's Consignment Boutique, LLC. has the right to accept/refuse any item(s) for consignment.
3. Mama Bear's Consignment Boutique, LLC. has the right to establish the selling price of your item.
4. Mama Bear's Consignment Boutique, LLC. has the right to reduce price to facilitate sale.
5. No more than 35 items per visit. Consignments will not be accepted 1 hour prior to closing.
6. All articles must be in season, in excellent condition and current style. Clothing must be freshly laundered, unwrinkled and free from stains, rips, etc.
7. If items are not sold you may reclaim your items after 2 months from drop off.
8. Any item not reclaimed after 2 months becomes the property of Mama Bear's Consignment Boutique, LLC and may be disposed of at their sole discretion.
9. Although care is taken with all articles, they are left at owner's risk. Mama Bear's Consignment Boutique, LLC. is not responsible for theft or loss.
10. After accepting item, if a defect is found Mama Bear's Consignment Boutique, LLC. has the option to donate to charity.
11. PAYMENT/CREDIT: It is the consignor's responsibility to check on their accounts. You may be paid by Mama Bear's Consignment Boutique, LLC. by cash up to $20.00, check or receive credit on your account which can be used to purchase items from Mama Bear's Consignment Boutique, LLC.
12. If consignor accounts are inactive for two(2) years, the consignor account balance will be forfeited.
13. Mama Bears Consignment Boutique, LLC. has the right to make policy changes.
